18時を過ぎると満席になる『酔の助』は、癖のある店が多い神保町界隈にあって気軽に寄れる大箱の居酒屋。ドラマや映画のロケにもよく使われながら味も高レベルで、店主と女将は新メニュー開発に余念がありません。定番料理も「味が変わっていないか、抜き打ちでチェック」するそう。 9月には新御茶ノ水店もオープン。
一過晚間六點就客滿的「酔の助」，位於特色小店林立的神保町邊緣，是一間空間寬敞，平易近人的居酒屋。經常有電視劇或電影來這裡取景，餐點口味也屬高水準，老闆與女主人對於開發新菜色不遺餘力。就連經典菜色據說也常要「突襲檢查，看看有沒有走味」。另外在新御茶水也有一間分店。
Yonosuke’s friendly atmosphere is so appealing that it isjampacked by 18:00. The proprietor is always alert, strivingto maintain the highest quality in the food served. Assuch, the business has been used for location shooting inmovies and TV dramas. A new branch will open in Shinochanomizuin September.

This November we published “Sakaba STORY” (Sakaba has the same meaning as izakaya) as a spin-off of “STORY”, which is our bestselling fashion and lifestyle magazine for women.
This guidebook is the collection of monthly articles in “STOTY” and supervised by a popular essayist Rui Yoshida (@karashi61) called ‘Sakaba Poet’. The articles are about the location or history of an izakaya learnt from its hostess, and her life.
